Here we show some of the ways by which our work can be supported
1) - Direct giving
2) - Giving through the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) Charity Card Scheme
3) - Giving through Stewardship
4) - Directing tax refunds to the Trust.
5) - Remembering the Trust in your Will
6) - Promoting the work
1) - Direct Giving
Naturally, we are delighted to receive donations however large or small and either by occasional or regular direct donation. Payment by Standing Order can be arranged and taxpayers can increase the value of their donations at no extra cost by Gift-Aiding donations. Full details can be provided.
2) - Giving through the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) Charity Card Scheme
The Trust
is able to accept gifts made through Charity Card. This is a convenient
and easy way to make charitable donations and is in use by many
thousands of people who regularly use their CAF Charity Account as a way
of giving tax effectively to their favourite charities.
If you hold this account and card, may we ask if you would consider
including the Trust as one of the charities to support in the future?
Thank you.
3) - Giving through Stewardship
4) - Directing tax refunds to the Trust.
The Trust is registered with the Inland Revenue to receive refunds against self-assessment tax returns. This method of giving will be of particular interest, perhaps, to those whose income is mostly taxed before receipt and who would normally expect to receive a refund of tax after filing their tax return. This refund can be channelled direct to the Trust and the Code to use on the tax return is AAH78NG.
5) - Remembering the Trust in your Will
This is a most valuable source of income. Maybe you would like to consider remembering the work of the Trust in this way - perhaps as an expression of gratitude for all that it has meant to you to have your own home during your lifetime.
6) - Promoting the work
We are most grateful for any way by which the work of the Trust can be promoted amongst family, friends, business contacts etc. A Trustee will always be prepared to speak about the Trust's work at group meetings etc. Copies of our brochure "Introducing The Florence Ellison Trust" are freely available on request.
